Role Overview

What will you do in this role:

Enable 2-3 cross-functional teams delivering data, automation, and AI-related solutions. Facilitate Agile events in a way that drives value, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coach teams toward greater autonomy, ownership, and self-organization. Help teams identify and address impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks. Promote outcome-focused planning rather than activity-focused execution. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership Teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes. Facilitate discussions across organizational boundaries and help teams navigate competing priorities. Influence decisions through data, insights, and strong facilitation, regardless of organizational hierarchy.

Organizational Agility & Change Leadership

Drive initiatives that improve team effectiveness, collaboration, and delivery performance. Challenge inefficient processes and propose better approaches when needed.
