Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - BCM - Core Ops to drive and support banking and capital markets operations. You will coordinate activities across transaction processing, reconciliations and reporting, while working within a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics or finance and MBA/MBAs in business analytics are welcomed.
• CAMS, CCO, CFP, CRISC and CRP certifications are listed as part of the qualification mix.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management and financial controls is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM).
• Coordinate execution of key activities across banking operations, including transactions, reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitor operational risks and contribute to mitigation strategies per regulatory and internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of operational processes across BCM functions.
• Assist in development and refinement of SOPs, documentation and control mechanisms.
• Support periodic reviews and audits of operational processes for compliance and risk protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in banking operations.
