Genpact is hiring for a Specialist - BCM - Core Ops to manage and optimize core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets. You will coordinate activities across transaction processing, reconciliations and reporting, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce/economics/finance orMBA with analytics focus preferred.
• Proven knowledge of general accounting, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Certifications in AML, compliance and risk management are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support core operational BCM processes ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate execution of activities across banking operations including transactions, reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitor operational risks and support mitigation aligned with regulatory and internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes across BCM functions.
• Assist in developing and refining SOPs, documentation and control mechanisms.
• Support periodic reviews and audits of operational processes for compliance.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in banking operations.
