Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - BCM - Core Ops to lead and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets. The role emphasizes efficiency, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid India setting.

You will coordinate transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting while aiding SOP development, audits, and continuous improvement in BCM operations. The position offers growth in AI-enabled transformation and industry-leading best practices.

Formación

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Masters in MBA or Analytics preferred.
• Professional certifications in AML, compliance, CFA or CRISC add value.
• Experience with financial modelling, governance and risk controls is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM).
• Coordinate execution of activities across banking operations including processing, reconciliations, reporting.
• Monitor operational risks and assist with mitigation aligned to regulatory and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes across BCM functions.
• Assist in developing and refining SOPs, documentation, and control mechanisms.
• Support periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance and risk adherence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates related to BCM.

Job Description

• Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
