Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Specialist - BCM - Core Ops to manage and improve core banking processes, ensuring accuracy and risk controls. You will coordinate across banking operations, support audits and implement SOPs while advancing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in commerce, economics, finance or MBA preferred.
• English language proficiency—Upper Intermediate (B2) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM).
• Coordinate execution of key activities across banking operations including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor operational risks and contribute to mitigation aligned with regulatory and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes across BCM functions.
• Assist in development and refinement of SOPs, documentation and control mechanisms.
• Support periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance and risk protocols.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in banking operations.
