Job Description

Responsibilities

• Process daily statement feed data, including reconciliation of positions and transactions with statements.
• Operate performance and related software systems to ensure accurate data handling.
• Aggregate data for performance measurement and analysis, providing insights on asset performance.
• Analyze custodian statements and formats, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Map transactions to the correct treatment, identifying holding asset types and applying standard rules.
• Validate returns, perform QA checks, and correct data errors to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Support performance calculations and billing processes, implementing fixes and following established procedures.
• Effective communication as customer interaction would be needed, higher level of decision making
• Client management and process management on issues related to the subject
• Knowledge management (error analysis, incident analysis etc.)
• Service level’s management
