Job summary

Genpact seeks an Associate for BCM - Commercial Leasing & Lending to support data-driven evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities. You’ll assist in drafting lease terms, maintain documentation, and conduct market research under guidance from senior members.

The role involves collaborating across teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and gaining exposure to end-to-end leasing and lending processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in commerce, economics, finance, or MBA-related fields.
• Certifications in securities, AML, risk management as listed in the qualifications.
• Additional professional certifications are desirable as per the listing.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing data.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from seniors.
• Manage lease and loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies for new leasing and lending projects.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives.
• Provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activities.
