Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Banking and Capital Markets operations professional to manage core BCM processes with emphasis on efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless BCM operations. Strong knowledge of risk management and controls is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in commerce, economics or finance; MBA or analytics credentials are a plus.
• Experience in BCM operations and risk/compliance controls is preferred.
• Certifications like CAMS, CCO, CFP, CRISC, CRP demonstrate domain expertise.

• Coordinate execution of key activities across banking operations, including transaction processing and reconciliations.
• Monitor operational risks and contribute to mitigation strategies in line with regulatory and internal controls.

• Assist in development and refinement of procedures, documentation and control mechanisms.
• Support periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
