Genpact in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Delivery Leader for Banking & Capital Markets to steer large-scale BCM programs end-to-end. Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Banking & Capital Markets processes.
• Experience delivering large-scale BCM programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software programs end-to-end, including consulting, strategy, execution, and business development.
• Define and implement process frameworks to drive operational excellence across the Banking & Capital Markets vertical.
• Oversee project scoping, estimation, resource planning, scheduling, and quality management for complex engagements.
• Partner with business development, client stakeholders, and internal engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, technology-driven solutions.
• Provide thought leadership by driving innovation, digital transformation, and best practices within BCM operations.
• Manage large delivery teams, ensuring on-time delivery of client commitments.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
