Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring for an Associate - BCM - Commercial Leasing & Lending to support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities. You will gather and analyze data, assist in preparing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members, and help manage documentation.

Qualifications

• Degrees in Commerce, Economics, Finance or MBA/Analytics required or preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking, capital markets and leasing processes.
• Certification in NISM, CAMS or CRP is advantageous.

• Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by collecting data and performing basic analysis.
• Prepare and review lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Maintain lease and loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
