• Track and monitor lease expirations, rental payments, and loan repayment schedules to maintain portfolio health.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure contract adherence and risk management.
• Provide specialist insights on leasing practices, lending strategies, and emerging market trends to inform business strategy.
