Job summary

Genpact Jaipur invites an Associate to contribute to BCM - Commercial Leasing & Lending. You will evaluate leasing and lending opportunities, prepare terms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive deals.

This role requires a commerce/economics/finance background, MBA or analytics masters preferred, and knowledge of banking and capital markets. You will work in a dynamic, AI-powered environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Experience in banking and capital markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing data.
• Prepare and review lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members.
• Manage and maintain lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives.
• Provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activities, gaining exposure to end-to-end processes.
