Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate - BCM - Commercial Leasing & Lending to evaluate leasing and lending opportunities, gather data, and support terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members.

You'll maintain lease and loan documentation, conduct market research, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive business development and operational initiatives, while gaining exposure to end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications in NISM, CAMS, CRP.
