Job summary

Genpact in India seeks an Associate - BCM - Commercial Leasing & Lending to support evaluation, drafting terms, and ensuring compliance across leasing and lending activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or Masters in Business Analytics is a plus.
• Certifications in NISM, CAMS, CRP are desirable.
• Experience in Banking Capital Markets is preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members.
• Manage and maintain lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects.
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives.
