Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A with expertise in R2R to oversee monthly and yearly close, financial reporting, and asset management using Oracle ERP. You will lead a team to drive accuracy, control, and efficiency across the finance function.

The role requires strong accounting foundations, CFA/FRM certifications are noted, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to work with global clients across regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, commerce, economics or finance (or related field).
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Professional expertise in R2R and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for timely reporting.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities.
• Oversee Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, depreciation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on reporting strategies and efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization. Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation. Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency. Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
