Job summary

Sri Venkateswara College Of Engineering is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its alumni relations and endowment initiatives. You will strengthen the global alumni network, drive fundraising campaigns and mobilize support for scholarships, research, infrastructure, innovation and institutional development.

You will build and manage donor relationships, establish alumni chapters in India and overseas, and plan events, mentoring programmes and CSR collaborations to sustain long-term

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in alumni relations, fundraising, advancement, development, CSR, institutional partnerships or higher education.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in donor network building and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead SVCE's alumni engagement and endowment initiatives to strengthen the global alumni network.
• Develop and execute the annual Alumni Relations & Endowment strategy.
• Maintain and expand the SVCE alumni database and CRM.
• Establish active alumni chapters in India and overseas.
• Plan alumni reunions, networking events, webinars and mentoring programmes.
• Build alumni volunteering, career mentoring and industry engagement initiatives.
• Design and execute annual giving, major gifts and endowment fundraising campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate HNI alumni, corporate donors and CSR partnerships.
• Develop scholarship, research, infrastructure and named-endowment programmes.
• Prepare fundraising proposals, donor reports, impact stories and stewardship communications.
• Track KPIs, donor pipeline, campaign performance and alumni engagement metrics.
