Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process Hiring, Reference Letters, Personal data changes, Job data changes, Terminations and more in HR Operations.
• Process the transactions meeting defined KPIs and following the Case Management Framework and SOX controls.
• Work with Workday or similar HCM for transactions including new hires and terminations.
• Independently participate in process transitions from offshore locations and assist knowledge transfer.
• Audit Workday transactions for data accuracy with attention to detail.
• Handle confidential and sensitive employee information in line with data protection principles.
• Prepare work instructions and SOPs; support team members and new joiners.
• Participate in regional and global projects to support HR initiatives.

HR Operations Specialist - Pune Work Mode - 5 days work from Office Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist. The HR Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processing of transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail. Scope involves processing of Hiring, Reference Letters, Personal data changes, Job data changes, Terminations and more. The role will involve transition of processes from offshore locations and hence the incumbent will ensure the learning curve is maintained until self-sufficiency within transition timelines.

Skills & Experience

• Processing Workday transactions & administration such New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with managers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.
• Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per process and according to the Case Management Framework and SOX Controls.
• Well versed with EIBs and bulk uploads using Workday or similar HCM.
• Able to independently participate in new process transitions from off-shore locations, handle knowledge transfer within team.
• Attention to details – being able to audit WD transactions for data accuracy.
• Well versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Attention to detail – be able to accurately process transaction.
• Solid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.
• Articulate work instructions and write standard operating procedure (SOPs).
• Support other team members and new joiners.
• Participate in regional and global projects to support regional HR initiatives.
