Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met. You will coordinate tasks, communicate with customers, and oversee subcontractors to ensure compliant delivery.

You will monitor progress, address risks, and maintain safety and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to value creation for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in CFS or HVACR service or sales function (6+ years).
• Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills.
• Must be a proactive team player.
• A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.

What You Will Do
