Job summary

Empower is seeking detail-oriented associates to join our retirement plan processing team in India. You will focus on ensuring transaction accuracy, protecting client confidentiality, and supporting back-end operations to enable financial empowerment for clients.

The role may require night shifts based on business needs; strong communication, time management, and independence will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (preferred).
• Experience in US retirement industry is optional.
• Open to night shifts as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy on processed transactions.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Research and respond to queries from partners quickly.
• Participate in process improvements and automation.
• Adhere to Quality Control standards.
• Organize work and prioritize high-value transactions.
• Complete daily BAU and assigned projects on time.

Retirement Plan (401k) Recordkeeping. We support clients in transaction processing and other back end operations of retirement plans. Great West is a part of Great-West Financial Job requisite will include and not restricted being:

• Up t2 t3 Years of total work experience
• Preferred experience of processing DC money out transactions
• Withdrawal knowledge preferred

Key Roles & responsibilities

• Ensuring accuracy on transactions processed
• Strict adherence non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
• Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time.
• Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.
• Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability identify and prioritize high value transactions.
• Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.

Eligibility

• Graduate, preferable from commerce background (not mandatory)
• Experience in the US retirement industry for 1 t3 years(not mandatory)
• Open core Night shifts based on business requirements
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Good typing skill and attention tdetail.
• Good time management skills
• Ability work independently
