Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Pune, India is seeking a User Success Engineer to provide specialised support and enable customers to succeed with our software. You will develop kernel knowledge and assist clients in integrating translation and CAD kernels into their own 3D applications.

You will collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical inquiries, communicate effectively with customers, and help users adopt our tools and achieve their objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, Aerospace).
• Experience with CAD packages such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or Creo.
• Familiarity with CAD formats like CATIA, STEP, IGES and PMI/GD&T.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language: C++, C#, Python is a plus.
• Strong mathematics and geometry concepts; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Role Description & Responsibilities

· Develop expertise on translation kernel i.e., InterOp, as well as 3D geometric modeling kernel (ACIS, CGM)

· Help customers integrate these kernels to build their own 3D applications

· Develop innovative solutions to customer problems

· Communicate with customers, local and remote team members, appropriate stakeholders to quickly arrive at a solution

· Help customers to adopt our software and resolve their technical queries

Qualifications

· A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, Aerospace)

· Experience of working with software such as popular CAD packages CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCad, Inventor, ProE/Creo etc

· Familiarity with CAD formats(CATIA,STEP,IGES,etc), PMI, GD&T

· Familiarity with at least one programming language: C++, C#, Python will be an added advantage

· A good grasp of Mathematics & Geometry concepts

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Good understanding for AI topics and AI tools
