Role Description

The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering high-quality spa and wellness services aligned with Imedi Health’s preventive and holistic care philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing a range of spa treatments and therapies, conducting professional facials, and providing pedicures and related cosmetic services to support client well-being. The Spa Therapist will welcome clients, conduct brief consultations to understand their needs, and ensure a safe, hygienic, and relaxing environment throughout each session. This role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, following health and safety protocols, and accurately documenting services provided. The Spa Therapist will collaborate with medical and wellness staff, provide excellent customer service, and educate clients on aftercare and complementary wellness services offered by Imedi Health.
