• Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and guest safety.
• Ensure preparation and upkeep of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa products.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience.
• Maintain treatment records and follow all spa SOPs and service protocols.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and suitable products to guests.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and coordinate with the Spa Manager when required.
