Job summary

Melhor Group in Goa leads a high-end spa operation and seeks an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional client service, and uphold safety standards. You will recruit, train, and manage an all-female spa team while coordinating inventory, treatments, and brand-aligned service offerings.

Ideal candidates will have 6–8 years in spa or hospitality management, a high school diploma, and strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities to thrive in a luxury

Spa Manager

Experience

6-8 years of relevant experience in spa or hospitality management, preferably in a leadership role within a high-end spa or wellness facility.

Educational Qualification

High School diploma is required. Additional certifications or training in spa and wellness services are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa facility, ensuring high standards of client service and safety.


• Build & lead your own all-female spa team


• Manage and train a team of spa therapists and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


• Monitor inventory and supplies, making purchase orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.


• Develop and implement treatment menus and service offerings that align with the brand and client expectations.


• Maintain compliance with wellness, safety, and sanitation standards, including adherence to OSHA and local regulations.


• Conduct regular client feedback assessments and use the data to improve services and client satisfaction ratings.

Requirements
