Role Description

This is a full‑time, on-site Spa Receptionist role based in Bharuch. The Spa Receptionist will welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensure a smooth and pleasant front desk experience. Day‑to‑day tasks include handling phone calls and inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining guest records, and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner. The role also involves providing information about spa services, promotions, and policies, coordinating with therapists and other team members, and keeping the reception area clean, organized, and calm. The Spa Receptionist will support overall guest satisfaction by responding to questions, resolving minor concerns, and upholding Dhyavey Wellness service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Experience with receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing calls, appointments, and guest inquiries.
• Clerical skills such as basic computer literacy, record keeping, and handling billing or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming, calm, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced hospitality or wellness environment.
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or wellness center is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, wellness, or administration is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
