Job summary

Park Hyatt Chennai is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead Antahpura Spa in alignment with Hyatt International brand standards. You will oversee daily operations, staff guidance, and guest experience, ensuring every guest feels their needs are anticipated and a lasting relationship with the spa is built.

Ideally, you hold a university degree or diploma in Spa Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management, with at least two years in a Spa Manager or Assistant Manager role, and experience

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• At least 2 years of experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Experience with luxury international brands is preferred; aesthetic qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient running of the spa department in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff and ensure guest expectations are met.
• Ensure services align with approved spa standards and foster guest relationships.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. You will be responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved Spa brand standards of performance and sequences of service. You will also be responsible to ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the spa, not just a visit.

Qualification

Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Manager preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage
