Hyatt Regency Chennai is seeking a Team Leader - Massage to support the Spa department in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards across services. The role requires leadership, training, and a proactive approach to safety and hygiene.

You will supervise therapists, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth spa operations, including equipment maintenance, while upholding professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in physical therapy or spa treatments.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Senior Therapist.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
