Imperial Developers in Alwar, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, recruit and manage staff, drive sales and grow memberships. Immediate joining preferred.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in spa, wellness, or hospitality management, with strong sales, lead generation and customer relationship skills ready to lead a professional spa business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, salon or hospitality management.

• Experience in staff hiring, recruitment and team management.
• Excellent communication, customer-handling and leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Alwar, Rajasthan, if required.

Responsibilities

• Source staff through interviews and recruit spa therapists and other staff as per business requirements.
• Train, supervise and manage staff performance, attendance and schedules.
• Drive spa sales, memberships, packages and repeat customer bookings.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and local marketing.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, feedback and retention.
• Ensure smooth spa operations and maintain professional service standards.
• Develop corporate tie-ups, hotel partnerships and local business relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily/monthly performance reports.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, professional and result-oriented Spa Manager to manage daily spa operations, recruit and manage staff, generate leads, drive sales and grow spa memberships.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Hiring & Recruitment: Source candidates, conduct interviews and recruit spa therapists and other staff as per business requirements.
• Staff Management: Train, supervise and manage staff performance, attendance and duty schedules.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive spa sales, memberships, packages and repeat customer bookings.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and local marketing.
• Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, feedback and customer retention.
• Daily Operations: Ensure smooth spa operations and maintain professional service standards.
• Business Development: Develop corporate tie-ups, hotel partnerships and local business relationships.
• Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and customer satisfaction.
