Job summary

SNITCH is seeking a Project Supervisor for store development across multiple locations in Bengaluru, India. You will supervise, plan, and implement new store setups, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality finishes and brand consistency.

You will manage capex for projects, seek cost-saving opportunities, and handle GFC drawings with mall approvals, ensuring timely clearances and smooth execution of plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement store projects across locations; plan, execute and evaluate new store setups.
• Monitor and schedule projects using PM methods; coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to standards for civil and interior fit-out work.
• Arrange quotations from vendors for interior work and negotiate rates to optimize costs.
• Track ongoing projects in the zone; update the project tracker and provide updates to HO.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for new projects with finance approvals from the functional head.
• Monitor and track daily maintenance issues for existing stores to ensure upkeep and timely resolution.
• Manage and analyze capital expenditures for projects; implement cost-saving measures for renovations.
• Review Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for compliance with design standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with mall/landlord for design approvals and secure clearances.
• Communicate with mall team to ensure timely approvals.

Job description

1. Project Supervision & Implementation:

• Supervise and implement projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of new store setups across various locations.
• Monitor and schedule projects using project management techniques while coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to standards for all civil and interior fit-out work.
• Arranging quotations from vendors for interior work and negotiating rates to optimize costs.
• Track and monitor ongoing projects within the zone, update the project tracker sheet, and provide regular updates to HO.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for new projects in collaboration with the finance team and get necessary approvals from the functional head.
• Monitor and track daily maintenance issues for existing stores to ensure proper upkeep and timely resolution.

2. Capex Management:

• Manage and analyze capital expenditures for projects to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Implement cost-saving measures for ongoing store renovation projects by creatively modifying existing fixtures, maintaining brand identity, and addressing budget constraints.

3. GFC Analysis and Coordination:

• Conduct a thorough review of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the mall/landlord (LL) for design approvals and manage communication with the mall team to secure necessary clearances.
