Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune district, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Italian Kitchen Senior Chef to assist the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, ensure authentic Italian dishes, and uphold presentation standards.

You will lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team, maintain HACCP compliance, monitor costs, and collaborate with stewarding and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
