Job summary

Soundlines Group in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Sourcing Team Lead to manage candidate sourcing for overseas projects, primarily for blue and white-collar roles. You will lead the sourcing team, coordinate with overseas clients, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, team leadership, and strong knowledge of PAN India recruitment networks. You will leverage AI tools and multiple portals to optimize candidate identification and screening.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and recruitment experience required.
• Hands-on headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent knowledge of Naukri, Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn and Shine.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word for reporting.
• Strong team leadership and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sourcing team to meet client requirements.
• Source candidates for blue- and white-collar roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, GulfShine and other portals.
• Study client JDs and identify profiles matching technical and experience needs.
• Coordinate with overseas clients and internal teams for interviews and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, track submissions, interviews and offers.
• Prepare regular sourcing and project reports in MS Excel/Word.

We are looking for an experienced strong Sourcing Team Lead strong to manage and drive our candidate sourcing operations for strong Blue Collar and White Collar manpower requirements strong primarily for overseas projects The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing team handling client coordination and recruitment for multiple projects clients with good knowledge of the strong KSA recruitment market strong

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sourcing team and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates as per client requirements
• Source candidates for strong Blue Collar and White Collar positions strong through NaukriNaukri GulfShineLinkedIn Head HuntingOther online recruitment platforms and databasesPAN India recruitment agents consultants
• Study the client s strong JD carefully strong and identify suitable candidate profiles according to the technical and experience requirements
• Use strong AI recruitment tools such as ChatGPT Apollo AI and other relevant AI applications strong to improve sourcing candidate identification profile screening and recruitment productivityMaintain a strong database of candidates and understand strong which profiles can be sourced from which regions sectors of India strong
• Have good knowledge of strong PAN India manpower agents and recruitment networks strong and identify suitable sourcing channels for different categories
• Coordinate with overseas clients teams regarding manpower requirements candidate submissions interviews and pending feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams working with overseas clients and ensure smooth communication and follow-up
• Arrange and coordinate strong online client interviews strong Coordinate strong offline client interviews across PAN India strong including candidate mobilisation and interview arrangements
• Maintain proper records and trackers for candidate sourcing submissions interviews selections offers and deployment status
• Monitor team performance productivity and daily weekly sourcing targets
• Follow up with the concerned team person for pending candidate feedback interview results offers and other recruitment-related issues
• Prepare regular sourcing and project reports using strong MS Excel and MS Word strong
• Ensure that candidate profiles shared with clients are relevant properly screened and aligned with the JD Handle multiple clients projects simultaneously and ensure timely closure of requirements

KSA Market Knowledge

The candidate should have a good understanding of the strong Saudi Arabia KSA manpower market strong including Current demand for different manpower categories Salary expectations and market trends for various positions Availability of skilled manpower across different parts of India Recruitment and deployment process for overseas manpower Understanding of candidate expectations market competition and sourcing challenges Experience handling recruitment requirements for strong multiple overseas clients companies strong will be preferred

• Must have experience handling sourcing requirements for multiple clients/companies, rather than working only on a single recruitment project.
• Should be a hands-on team leader who can both source candidates personally and guide the sourcing team.
• Candidates with strong KSA recruitment experience will be highly preferred.
