What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to key hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals to fulfill critical talent needs
• Have hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and niche requirements
• Close critical roles within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring timely recruitment for high-priority positions
• Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches
• Expand the use of job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc., to maximize recruitment reach
• Line up candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating the hiring process for bulk recruitment needs
• Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions
