Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Bengaluru is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing of materials, services and vendors, ensuring cost optimization and compliance. This on-site role collaborates with facility operations, finance and safety teams to deliver value.

Scheduled 48 hours weekly, you will drive supplier negotiations, maintain procurement records and monitor budgets. Prior experience in ERP and advanced Excel is preferred; strong communication and multi-project management

Responsibilities

• Procurement management: end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables, and services.
• Vendor sourcing: identify, evaluate, onboard vendors based on quality, cost, and compliance.
• Contract negotiation: negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Compliance & documentation: ensure adherence to policies, audit requirements and maintain procurement records.
• Budget control: monitor procurement budgets and cost savings initiatives.
• Vendor performance: evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and raise issues.
• Coordination: collaborate with facility operations, finance and safety teams.
• Process improvement: recommend improvements in sourcing and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables, and services.
