Job summary

AFMOI is seeking a senior Global Sourcing professional in Chennai to lead manufacturing procurement, NPD initiatives, and supplier development for aluminium PDC & GDC castings, forgings, gears, axle shafts and transmission aggregates.

You will manage the complete part development lifecycle from supplier identification to SOP, with a focus on cost management and localization in a heavy engineering/automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing procurement and NPD.
• Prior experience in automotive, tractor, gearbox, transmission, or heavy engineering.
• manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete part development lifecycle from supplier identification to SOP.
• Work with aluminium PDC & GDC castings, forgings, gears, axle shafts, and transmission aggregates.
