Job summary

Flychem Private Limited is building a global sourcing backbone across cosmetics, chemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates. We’re looking for a commercially sharp and technically strong Sourcing Manager to lead supplier development and cross-border procurement.

You will drive sourcing across India and China, onboard high-quality suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality, cost, and reliability through close collaboration with R&D, production, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sourcing (cosmetics / chemicals / pharma / intermediates).
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, supply chain processes, and vendor management.
• Chemical/technical background (Chemistry preferred).
• Proven negotiation and cost optimization skills.
• Experience with China suppliers (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
• Understanding of international trade & cross-border procurement.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for supplier research, sourcing, and procurement optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Word for data management and reporting.
