Job summary

Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager Global Sourcing & Procurement to support and execute global sourcing for raw materials, APIs, excipients, and packaging.

You will coordinate with planning, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Finance to ensure timely procurement and optimal stock levels. Role involves supplier development, price negotiations, and monitoring supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Pharma sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
• Exposure to international sourcing & procurement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production and project requirements.
• Coordinate with planning and inventory teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements.
• Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and prepare comparative analyses.
• Support sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Develop alternate and backup sources for critical materials.
• Follow up with suppliers on order execution and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor market and commodity trends affecting material prices.
• Assist in budget control and procurement efficiency initiatives
