Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement – Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for mechanical and electrical products required. Negotiation with supplier. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for a stable and cost-effective supply chain. Monitor market trends and industry developments to control procurement decisions.
• Supply Chain Management – Coordination with Logistics, manufacturing and quality control to optimize overall supply chain. Implement inventory management strategies to maintain adequate stock and reduce excess inventory. Addressing supply chain disruptions / delays, maintaining up to date records of procurement activities, contracts and import / export documentation, preparation of reports / documentation for audit and management reviews
• Cost Management – Develop and implementation of cost saving strategies without compromising product and service quality. Analyze pricing trends, conduct cost benefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction..
• Import Compliance – Ensure compliance for import of products. Stay updated on changes in import / export policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Effective Communication with internal stakeholders. Management information for import status, issues and potential risks.
