Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in India seeks an experienced procurement professional to source and develop suppliers for sheet metal OEM components, including fabrication, stamping, welding, and tooling. You will manage RFQs, evaluate quotations, and drive cost reduction through value engineering.

• Proficient in RFQ management, negotiations, and should-costing.
• Ability to conduct supplier audits and ensure process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers for Sheet Metal -OEM experience, including Fabrication, Stamping, Welding, and Tooling.
• Manage RFQs, evaluate Supplier Quotations, and negotiate Cost, Lead Time, MOQ, and Payment Terms. Perform Should Costing, Cost Analysis, and drive Cost Reduction through Value Engineering.
• Conduct Supplier Audits to assess Manufacturing Capability, Quality Systems, Production Capacity, and Process Compliance.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) through Prototype Sourcing, Tooling Development, and Production Readiness.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle ERP, monitor Supplier Performance, and ensure On-Time Delivery, Quality Compliance, and Supply Continuity.
