A Sourcing Engineer is a critical role within organization, responsible for local and Import managing the procurement of electrical, electronic components, and industrial consumables required for the smooth operation of the company. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization acquires quality products at the best possible prices, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing the procurement process to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and product innovations to make informed purchasing decisions.


• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring reliable sources of supply.


• Monitor and control procurement costs to optimize the company's budget and profitability.


• Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as bulk purchasing, vendor consolidation, or alternative sourcing.


• Ensure materials meet technical specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements
