The Source-to-Contract Manager, will oversee and actively contribute to the delivery of strategic sourcing and contracting services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all activities. This role combines leadership with hands‑on execution, managing a team across Source-to-Contract activities.
You will manage day-to-day team operations, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality. A key responsibility is ensuring sourcing events and contracting activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with category strategies and governance standards. You will also drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, optimising tools and templates, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
