Summary: The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support Manager will oversee and actively contribute to the delivery of Indirect supplier risk and performance management services that strengthen resilience and compliance across global procurement. This role combines leadership with operational execution, managing a team responsible for supplier business continuity planning (BCP), risk management, segmentation, onboarding and performance reporting. You will manage day-to-day team operations, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality. A key responsibility is ensuring accurate supplier data, timely onboarding, and robust performance reporting to support governance and strategic reviews. You will collaborate closely with global CRA and Category Management teams to align activities with strategic objectives, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
