The Source-to-Contract Specialist will play a key role in executing strategic sourcing activities that deliver measurable business value. Working under the direction of category owners, you will manage sourcing events from setup to completion, including RFx documentation development, supplier evaluation, bid analysis and negotiation readiness. You will ensure sourcing execution aligns with category strategies and compliance standards while maintaining accurate data and templates.
A critical part of your role will be coordinating category insights to inform sourcing decisions and supporting supplier selection and contracting processes. You will collaborate closely with global Indirect Procurement teams and stakeholders to deliver timely, effective sourcing outcomes that optimise cost, mitigate risk and strengthen supplier relationships. By applying strong analytical skills and execution capability, you will help streamline sourcing processes and contribute to the organisation’s long-term success.
