Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions and architectures.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales to understand customer business challenges, security priorities, and technical requirements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer evaluation process.
• Design and execute pilot deployments in collaboration with customer security and IT teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence future product enhancements.
• Develop technical presentations, solution documentation, deployment guides, and best practices.
• Represent MirrorMire at customer meetings, executive briefings, webinars, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Security Consulting, Customer Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• Experience working with enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and modern cyber threats.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and industry events.
