Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a senior Delivery Leader for the Healthcare unit to drive P&L, revenue targets, and margin objectives across managed services, application development, and digital transformation programs.

You will build strong CXO-level relationships, lead a multi-geo team of delivery managers and technical leads, and champion automation, AI/ML, and cloud-led modernization across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L for healthcare delivery units.
• Experience leading multi-geo delivery teams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7 and FHIR regulations.
