• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience preparing architecture documents, solution proposals, and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and product roadmap for enterprise Java applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Lead client discovery workshops and solution design discussions.
• Design enterprise-grade architectures, integration frameworks, APIs, and data flows.
• Define application scalability, performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business teams to drive successful project execution.
• Design integrations with third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs, batch processing, and file-based interfaces.
• Produce architecture documents, technical proposals, effort estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Manage technical risks, architectural decisions, and customer escalations.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Experience preparing architecture documents, solution proposals, and technical roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services domain.
• Exposure to commission management, incentive compensation, or producer management platforms.
• Knowledge of rules‑based or configuration‑driven application architectures.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
