Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions for insurance brokerage platforms.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines for development teams.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD).

Technology Leadership

• Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Drive innovation by implementing modern architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
• Define strategies for integration with third-party insurance platforms, payment gateways, and legacy systems.

Development Oversight

• Collaborate with client and development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business analysts, product managers, and domain experts to gather and validate requirements.
