As a Lead / Architect, you will play a role in designing, developing, and overseeing the architecture for large-scale Java-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and align with business objectives. This leadership role includes guiding development teams, mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, selecting technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet enterprise standards and deliver high‑quality software solutions. The architect/lead also stays current with industry trends to drive innovation and maintain architectural integrity.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level applications using Java 8 & higher, Servlet, and JSP.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with JUnit.
• Handle XML processing for configuration and data manipulation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in peer reviews and ensure quality deliverables.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability.
• Working with build tools such as ANT is a plus.
