Job summary

Quess Corp Limited is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep Capital Markets domain experience to drive architecture across platforms and data models. You will partner with stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.

The role requires leading solution options, ensuring architectural standards, and guiding teams through the full technology lifecycle, including mentoring engineers for delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Twenty+ years of overall technology experience.
• Five+ years of Solution Architecture experience in the Capital Markets domain.
• Strong understanding of Murex, Calypso, or similar trading & settlement platforms.
• Expertise in Data Architecture & Data Modelling.
• Strong API Architecture, Kafka & Event Streaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Define technology strategy, target-state architecture & roadmaps.
• Drive solution options, including build vs. buy decisions.
• Ensure architectural standards, patterns and guidelines are applied.
• Provide technical leadership across the technology lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive effective solution delivery.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong Capital Markets domain & solutioning experience to join our team.

• 20+ years of overall technology experience
• 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience in the Capital Markets domain
• Strong understanding of Murex, Calypso, or similar trading & settlement platforms
• Expertise in Data Architecture & Data Modelling
• Strong API Architecture, Kafka & Event Streaming experience
• Knowledge of Business Architecture & Domain Modelling; BIAN is a plus
• Experience with packaged, custom-built, and third-party solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication & influencing skills
• Experience working across business, project & technology teams
• AWS/Azure certification is preferred
