Job summary

Tekskills in India is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to define the technical architecture and blueprint for Payments, Lending, Virtual IBAN, and CRM, aligning with BaaS and embedded finance models.

You will create both high- and low-level diagrams, own API ecosystems, data contracts, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. You will collaborate across multi-geo teams and with vendors like Salesforce, Mambu, MuleSoft and Azure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution design and enterprise architecture within financial services.
• Strong understanding of BaaS/embedded finance models.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Mambu, MuleSoft, Azure Cloud, Kafka and nCino.
• Familiarity with core banking APIs, orchestration platforms, and identity tooling.
• Experience working across multi-geo, multi-vendor delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of the technical architecture and solution blueprint across modules (Payments, Lending, Virtual IBAN, CRM).
• Create high- and low-level architecture diagrams covering application flows, integration maps, data flows, and infrastructure view.
• Own and design the API ecosystem and data contracts between modules like onboarding, payments, Mambu core, and CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with stakeholders on ARP-specific customization needs, data residency, and BaaS enablement models.
• Define solution patterns for regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS9, reporting, fraud monitoring, transaction audit trails).
• Translate business epics into scalable architecture components.
• Recommend and assess third-party components (e.g., IDNow, ComplyAdvantage) and integrate them into the stack.
• Work with Integration Specialists, BAs, and Compliance to ensure feasibility and completeness of the solution design.
• Support security, privacy, and compliance architecture aligned with MTLs BPAAS model.

• Create high- and low-level architecture diagrams covering application flows, integration maps, data flows, and infrastructure view.
• Own and design the API ecosystem and data contracts between modules like onboarding, payments, Mambu core, and CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ARP-specific customisation needs, data residency requirements, and BaaS enablement models.
• Define solution patterns for regulatory requirements (e.g., CBB MI/reporting, fraud monitoring, transaction audit trails).
• Translate business epics into scalable architecture components.
• Recommend and assess third-party components (e.g., IDNow, ComplyAdvantage) and integrate them into the overall stack.
• Work closely with Integration Specialists, BAs, and Compliance to ensure feasibility and completeness of the solution design.
• Support security, privacy, and compliance architecture aligned with MTLs BPAAS model.

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in solution design and enterprise architecture within financial services (retail and commercial banking preferred).
• Strong understanding of BaaS/embedded finance models.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Mambu, MuleSoft, Azure Cloud, Kafka, and nCino.
• Familiarity with core banking APIs, orchestration platforms, and identity/verification tooling (e.g., IDNow, Alloy, Onfido).
• Prior work on regulatory reporting architecture (e.g., IFRS9, CBB, FCA) is preferred.
• Ability to work across multi-geo, multi-vendor delivery teams.
