Job summary

LogFix SCM Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations. You will own the solution architecture, guide integration patterns, and ensure governance across teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce/AI exposure, with strong stakeholder management and experience overseeing DevOps and CI/CD best practices. Bengaluru-based role with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce Service Cloud architectures.
• Hands-on exposure to Agentforce/AI-driven service experiences.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules in Salesforce.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution & technical architecture
• Design scalable Service Cloud, Case Management & Omni-Channel solutions
• Architect Agentforce / AI-powered service experiences
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft & event-driven patterns
• Guide development teams on Apex, LWC, Flows & platform best practices
• Drive architecture governance, technical reviews and solution sign-offs
• Own performance, scalability, security, DevOps and CI/CD considerations
• Collaborate with clients, architects, BAs and delivery teams
