Day2.Work is an AI-driven Day-2 Network Operations platform built on an Agentic model. We bring operational intelligence to enterprise NOC environments — moving IT teams from reactive alert management to proactive, AI-guided operations. Our platform integrates with an internal NMS and data stack, overlays AI Agents for fault correlation and guided resolution, and plugs into existing ITSM workflows. Positioning: From Alerts to Intelligence.
About the Role
Day2.Work operates as a dedicated Business Unit within Airowire Networks. When a lead enters the BU — sourced by the Account Manager or Sales Specialist — the Sales Specialist and Solution Architect take joint ownership of the opportunity. The Sales Specialist drives commercial progress. The Solution Architect owns the technical depth from discovery through to proposal. You are the person who goes deep with the customer’s technical team — understands their environment, designs the right solution, and builds the technical case for Day2.Work.
Technical Discovery
- Lead discovery sessions with customer IT and network teams — understanding their device landscape, NOC operations, ITSM stack, coverage model, and pain points
- Map customer environment to Day2.Work capabilities and identify fit, gaps, and deployment complexity
- Travel to customer sites when required — for discovery workshops, demos, or proposal reviews
Solution Design
- Design Day2.Work deployment architecture for each customer — device categorisation, AI agent configuration, ITSM integration model, and NOC workflow alignment
- Define scope of managed services — coverage model, SLA structure, escalation framework, and reporting
- Work with the Solution Architect Lead to validate solution approach for complex or non-standard engagements
- Translate platform capabilities into customer-specific value — without exposing internal product naming or stack details
Demonstrations
- Deliver tailored, live demos of the Day2.Work platform to customer IT heads, network architects, and CIOs
- Travel to customer locations for in-person demos when required
- Handle technical Q&A on platform architecture, integration, security, and NOC model
Proposal & Documentation
- Author technical sections of proposals — solution architecture, integration blueprint, deployment approach, SLA parameters
- Prepare architecture diagrams and technical annexures for submission
- Respond to RFPs and RFQs — technical compliance, solution scope, and approach
POC Support
- Define POC scope — success criteria, pilot device set, and review format
- Support pilot configuration and monitoring in coordination with the NOC delivery team
- Present pilot outcomes and commercial recommendation to customer stakeholders
Internal Contribution
- Bring customer and competitive feedback to the Solution Architect Lead and product team
- Build and maintain reusable solution templates for target verticals
- Maintain demo readiness — always current on the latest platform capabilities
Must have
- 4–8 years in enterprise networking, network operations, or technical presales
- Working knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure — routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, ISP/WAN links
- Ability to deliver confident, customer-facing technical presentations and demos
- Experience preparing technical proposals and solution documents
- Comfort engaging with IT Heads and senior technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demos as required
Good to have
- Exposure to NOC operations or managed network services
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms — ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Knowledge of multi-vendor environments — Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or equivalent
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, ITIL v4, or relevant vendor certifications
- Understanding of AIOps or observability concepts
What This Role Is Not
Post-sale implementation or NOC delivery. After commercial closure and handoff to the delivery team, your ownership of the engagement ends. You are measured on proposal quality, technical win rate, and POC conversion — not on ongoing operation.
